#### To Make Chole:
1. Pressure cook soaked chickpeas until soft.
2. Heat oil, add cumin seeds.
3. Add onions and sauté until golden.
4. Add ginger-garlic paste and tomato puree.

6. Add boiled chickpeas and simmer for 10–15 minutes.
#### To Make Bhature:
1. Mix flour, sooji, curd, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
2. Knead into a soft dough. Rest for 2 hours.
3. Roll into oval shapes.
4. Deep fry until golden and puffed.
