Masala Maggi (Instant Noodles)

🌶️ Masala Maggi Recipe

Ingredients (2 servings):

2 packs of Maggi (or any instant noodles)

2 cups water

1 medium onion (finely chopped)

1 tomato (finely chopped)

1 green chili (optional, for spice)

½ cup mixed veggies (peas, carrot, capsicum, corn – whatever you like)

1 tsp ginger-garlic paste (optional but flavorful)

½ tsp turmeric powder

½ tsp red chili powder

½ tsp garam masala

½ tsp cumin seeds

1–2 tsp oil or butter

Maggi masala sachets (that come with the pack)

Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish)

Method:

Heat oil/butter in a pan, add cumin seeds, let them splutter.

Add onion, sauté till golden.

Add tomato, chili, and ginger-garlic paste. Cook until mushy.

Add turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt (just a pinch, since Maggi masala already has salt).

Toss in chopped veggies, sauté for 2–3 minutes.

Pour in 2 cups water and bring to a boil.

Add Maggi noodles (break in half if you like shorter strands) and the Maggi masala sachets.

Cook for 2–3 minutes until noodles absorb the masala.

Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
