#### Step 1: Prepare Sugar Water
1. In a saucepan, boil **water** and **sugar** together until the sugar dissolves completely.
2. Add **cardamom powder** and keep it aside (hot).
#### Step 2: Roast Suji
1. In a kadhai or heavy-bottomed pan, heat **ghee**.
2. Add **cashews** and **raisins**. Fry till golden, then remove and set aside.
3. Add **suji** to the same ghee and roast on **low-medium flame**, stirring continuously, until it turns **golden and aromatic** (about 7–10 minutes).
